Return Policy

We stand behind the authenticity of our lab-certified Rudraksha. If you receive a damaged item or believe there is a material error with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Because many items are consecrated or personalized, returns may be limited to defective or incorrectly shipped products. Custom malas and engraved pieces may not be eligible for return once production has started.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
